009- Burger Circus
I miss in-n-out damn bad, if you are a five guys stand or a shake shack fans I am sorry you have to try in-n-out! In-n-out have the best quality of a burger, soft buns fresh veggies cut in front of you, fresh cut potato fries and the whole set is under $5 dollar! In-n-out have the perfect combination of the crunchiest lettuce, and the juiciest beef patty with some melted American cheese, straight satisfaction. Shake shack are over rated, as a fast food chain selling a burger at $10, with a set is almost $20 dollar too much for a fast food. And the burger to me is so overwhelming , fired mushroom with cheese and patty without much veggie is a bit much for me! I want a nice balanced burger just like in-n-out!
Jump right back to burger circus, burger circus is a cute burger place they give you a 70’s vibe very classy! Love their interior, dim light, wooden chair and the pink tone decoration, very comfortable. Is like a America diner, you can definitely take some lovely picture in Burger Circus!
I walked by burger circus the other day after my interview, they looked so cute that was why I went in! But I also was really craving for a burger, I tried three kind of their burger (not in the same day) the classic cheese burger, the fish burger and the spicy chicken burger! The other two burgers are fine, but the spicy chicken burger is so damn good!!!!!!!!!!! I am addicted to the spicy chicken burger I can’t help myself but going back every once and then.
So is around 160 hkd for a set, I freaking want to try their jalapeño poppers!!!!!!!!!!!
The spicy chicken burger is amazingly done, chicken is fully season on point super juicy and tender, soft buns melted cheese and the most crucial finishing touch is the pickle cucumber and the spicy jalapeño! It takes the burger from A to A+, is that good! Not much veggies in the burger but the acidity of the picket and jalapeño gives a good heat and great balance. Really hard to go in to a place offering USDA beef patty cheese burger, but I would rather choose chicken burger every single time. Is hard to find a nice chicken burger, even in the US the chickfila have never impressed me. The chicken burger is not cheap but is totally worth it, after you tried it, every time you think about chicken burger you can only think of burger circus!
I love their wavy fries crispy outside mushy potatory inside. A curvy thickie fries can grab more ketchup!

The cheese burger and the fish burger are good too but I am just attached to the spicy chicken burger! The fish burger is the runner up then the cheese burger! The fish patty is so soft, you don’t even need to chew it! The fish patty will just deconstruct in your mouth , yummmm! The cheese burger is a classic standard cheese burger and they are using USDA qualified beef.
In a 70’s America diner eating a classy cheese burger having milk shake, can you imagine it just like a movie scene! ( Grease- summer night playing in the background) The burger place have Grease movie vibe, you can dress vintage take some photo enjoy the burger it will be so much fun, 70’s burger party sounds awesome! With their lighting every photo you take gives you a vintage vibe, like your photo have already filtered. Try this place out, after quarantine I will go with my girls wearing vintage clothing introduce them to the chicken burger! I am already excited, it will be a fun date to go!
